We’ll walk you through it.

Here are the places to look when something needs a second try. There is no account to recover, because AralMate never asks you to sign in.

Ari pointing upward

Help is inside the app

Open AralMate, go to Settings, then About. You can replay Ari’s short tour of the home screen from Settings. Language, appearance, and how Ari answers are in Settings too.

What works without internet

Notes, quizzes, flashcards, Board Exam Mock, the study timer, the planner, and progress work without a connection. Ari answers on the phone after the tutor file has finished downloading. The download itself needs internet once.

Board Exam Mock

Pick Senior High or College, then open Board Exam Mock to choose NLE, LET, CPALE or the Civil Service Exam. You can flag questions and come back to them before you submit. Ask Ari to write more board-style questions for any area once the tutor file is downloaded.

Study Timer, widgets, and Siri

Start the timer from the app, from Control Center, or with the Action Button, and it shows on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Add AralMate widgets by touching and holding the Home Screen or Lock Screen, then tapping Edit. Say “Quiz me in AralMate” or “Start study timer in AralMate” to Siri.

Moving to a new phone

Turn on iCloud Backup in Settings on your old phone. On the new phone, sign in to the same Apple Account, install AralMate, then go to Settings, iCloud Backup, and tap Restore. Your notes, cards, streak and progress come back.

A document on the phone

A PDF, PowerPoint, or Word file can be imported and turned into a quiz or flashcards. A scanned page needs a text version. The file stays on the phone.

If you want to keep your notes

Settings, then Storage, can export a backup, clear chat history, or reset study data. Reset asks you to confirm. Export first if you want the notes later. Reset does not remove the tutor file, your language, or the look of the app.
